Bart Whitehead DMD, MBA – Chair, Board of Directors
Bart Whitehead, DMD, MBA  serves as the Chair of the Pride Holdings Group Board of Directors.  Dr. Whitehead is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and educator with over 30 years of experience spanning healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and nonprofit leadership. He brings strategic vision and operational expertise to a growing portfolio of ventures committed to business excellence and GLBTQ+ empowerment.  Dr. Whitehead was the founder of multiple successful businesses, including co-ownership of Johnsons Nightclub (Wilton Manors and Tampa), founder/president of Independent Dental Network (group purchasing organization), and Genesis Corporation (nonprofit). His career has included leadership roles at 3 major Universities as well as national recognition for advocacy, mentorship, and diversity initiatives.

Michael Barrett – Board Member

Michael Barrett serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pride Holdings Group, where he leads the strategic consolidation and expansion of LGBTQ+-focused businesses while preserving the distinct identity and culture of each brand. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Barrett brings over two decades of executive experience, including leadership roles at PepsiCo and as Owner/CEO of AquaPlex/Lipps in Fort Lauderdale and AquaPlex Key West. He previously led BBG North LLC and Barrett TB, operating Taco Bell and KFC franchises. Known for his operational acumen and deep commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, Barrett lives in South Florida with his husband, John Barrett.
Timothy Majors – Board Member
Timothy Majors, JD serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pride Holdings Group (formerly Parliament House Enterprises Inc.), bringing decades of legal, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience to the company’s global expansion efforts. Originally from Australia, Majors holds a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, and MBA from the University of Sydney. He began his career as a corporate lawyer before leading a national consolidation of Australia’s educational bookselling industry, culminating in a successful exit to a Macquarie Bank-backed private equity firm. Now based in the United States, Majors is driving Pride Holdings Group’s vision to become the world’s leading LGBTQ-focused entertainment, hospitality, and lifestyle company.

Craig Bell – Board Member

Craig Bell brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in security risk management, hospitality operations, and corporate governance to the Board of Pride Holdings Group. As Director of Corporate Protection Services Int. Pty Ltd and co-owner of Sydney’s iconic Stonewall Hotel, Craig has built a reputation for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. His career began in law enforcement with the New South Wales Police and evolved to include ownership and management of multiple high-profile venues and security firms. A licensed hotelier and certified risk management professional, Craig offers the Board strategic insight into venue operations, safety protocols, and LGBTQ+ nightlife. His longstanding commitment to inclusive business practices aligns strongly with the mission and values of Pride Holdings Group.

M. Donald Granatstein – Board Member

Donald Granatstein is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in accounting, hospitality, and real estate. He has led high-profile ventures including the Parliament House Resort, Debbie Reynolds Resort, and Grand Lake Resort. Throughout his 50-year career, he has raised substantial capital, managed large teams, and overseen numerous successful timeshare and commercial real estate projects across North America. A Chartered Accountant and graduate of the University of Toronto, Mr. Granatstein brings strategic financial expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset to the Pride Holdings Group Board.
