Michael Barrett – CEO
Michael Barrett serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pride Holdings Group, where he leads the strategic consolidation and expansion of LGBTQ+-focused businesses while preserving the distinct identity and culture of each brand. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Barrett brings over two decades of executive experience, including leadership roles at PepsiCo and as Owner/CEO of AquaPlex/Lipps in Fort Lauderdale and AquaPlex Key West. He previously led BBG North LLC and Barrett TB, operating Taco Bell and KFC franchises. Known for his operational acumen and deep commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, Barrett lives in South Florida with his husband, John Barrett.
Timothy Majors – COO
Timothy Majors, JD serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pride Holdings Group (formerly Parliament House Enterprises Inc.), bringing decades of legal, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience to the company’s global expansion efforts. Originally from Australia, Majors holds a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, and MBA from the University of Sydney. He began his career as a corporate lawyer before leading a national consolidation of Australia’s educational bookselling industry, culminating in a successful exit to a Macquarie Bank-backed private equity firm. Now based in the United States, Majors is driving Pride Holdings Group’s vision to become the world’s leading LGBTQ-focused entertainment, hospitality, and lifestyle company. Majors lives in Central Florida with his beautiful wife Fabianne.
Paul Messina – CFO

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Psychology, from Kean College in 1981. He is the founder and principal of multiple businesses, including Spartan Tax & Accounting Services, LLC, and Spartan Mortgage LLC. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Paul serves as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Director for a medical device company.

With more than four decades of leadership experience in the banking industry, he has held senior executive roles at multiple financial institutions. He possesses comprehensive expertise in all aspects of commercial banking. Paul brings to Pride Holdings Group a distinguished record of success in both private and public companies, along with a proven ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic vision.

Jon Barrett – Director of Operations

Jon Barrett is a seasoned operations leader with over 15 years of management experience spanning the food service and automotive industries. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strategic approach, Jon has successfully overseen high-volume teams, streamlined operations, and driven consistent performance improvements across diverse business environments.

Having studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design with a background in graphic design, Jon brings a unique blend of creative thinking and operational discipline to every role he undertakes. His technical expertise includes point-of-sale (POS) systems, labor optimization tools, and inventory management platforms—skills that allow him to effectively bridge the gap between frontline execution and backend efficiency.

Jon’s proven track record of delivering results, combined with his keen eye for design and technology integration, make him a dynamic asset in any fast-paced, customer-focused organization.

Borivoje Radulovic – Director of Real Estate
‘Boki’ is a seasoned commercial real estate investor and developer with over 40 years of experience spanning all facets of the industry. Beginning his career in real estate sales at just 15 and acquiring his first multi-family property at 17, With a degree in Finance from the esteemed New York University, Mr. Radulovic has built and led successful realty and mortgage companies with a focus on hands-on, result-driven solutions. His deep knowledge of the market, combined with strong leadership and negotiation skills, has fostered long-standing partnerships with local, regional, and national firms, and financial institutions. His work has also extended into international markets, where he has navigated complex real estate landscapes and developed key relationships across borders, further
solidifying his reputation as a globally minded deal maker and industry expert.He joins the Pride team to provide his astute talents as the company expands both domestically and internationally.
Andy Allan – Director of Marketing

Andy is a seasoned marketing executive with over 15 years of experience driving brand growth, strategic communications, and consumer engagement across diverse industries.

As Director of Marketing at Pride Holdings Group, Andy leads the company’s branding, digital marketing, and campaign strategy efforts, aligning innovative marketing solutions with overarching business goals. Known for his creative vision and data-driven approach, Andy has successfully launched high-impact campaigns, expanded market share, and elevated brand positioning in competitive markets.

Kyle Kane – Chief Strategy Officer
Kyle Kane is an accomplished content creator, executive producer, TEDx speaker, award-winning marketer and entrepreneur. His latest venture, 180 South, ranked on the Inc. 500 list as the #13 Fastest Growing Company in America, and #24 in Global Marketing and Advertising. Kyle has crafted creative campaigns for some of the world’s premier artists & brands (Katy Perry, Kylie Jenner, Samsung, etc.) resulting in global market value of over $2B in revenue.
Daniel Martinotti – Culinary & Cuisine Director
Mr Daniel Martinotti, an Italian native who lives with his wife in Piedmont, Italy is our new Director of Culinary and Cuisine.  After attending the top Culinary school in Milan, Italy, Daniele quickly rose through the ranks in both Italy and London, culminating in being awarded the ‘Best Young Chef in the United Kingdom’ in 2009. A Two Star Michelin Star Chef (in decorated restaurants in both Italy and the United Kingdom), Daniele brings worldwide experience to the Pride Holdings Group organization. His stated aim is to bring excellence in food to the LGBTQ+ community and the Pride Holdings Group organization.
Richard Foo – Director Asia Pacific

Richard Foo is a seasoned business leader with over 35 years of experience in finance, hospitality, and investment management. As the co-founder of the iconic Stonewall Hotel in Sydney, established in 1997, Richard has been instrumental in shaping its success as a vibrant and inclusive venue.   

A graduate of the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), Richard brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Director of Stonewall Hotel Pty Ltd. He also serves as Director of Fohson Investments, a family corporation with diverse interests in private companies and hospitality venues. 

Richard’s strategic oversight encompasses business planning, financial control, insurance, and legal matters, including commercial agreements, leasing, human resources, licensing, and dispute resolution. His leadership and vision continue to drive success across his ventures, blending financial acumen with a passion for hospitality.

Velvet leNore – International Show Director

Known as the Queen of the Palm Beaches and South Florida, Velvet is also a former Miss Florida at Large. She was the first Transgender Grand Marshall for Palm Beach County and for the Stonewall Festival in Ft. Lauderdale. 

She was awarded the Marsha P. Johnson Award by Compass and Palm Beach County as the Mother of Today. She is the proud mother of 121 Drag queens and kings. She was on Good Morning America to kick off Pride Month in June, 2025.

Velvet is a formidable performer, professional dancer, choreographer and make-up artist. She has built a strong reputation as a female impersonator portraying Donna Summer, Patti LaBelle, Janet Jackson and Beyoncé. She holds many titles such as Miss Kashmir, Miss Illusion, Miss Fort Lauderdale Entertainer of the Year, Miss Hollywood, Miss Stonewall, Miss Noche Latina and Miss Palm Beach Pride Miss Naples and now your Mz. Out South Florida.

Known for her captivating performances, Velvet can be seen throughout South Florida at leading destinations such as Aquaplex, The Pub, Eagle, The Manor, Alibi, and Hard Rock Casino. She has also danced with Alvin Ailey, Joffrey Ballet and Palm Beach Ballet.

Art Smith

For four decades, Art has been actively involved in the LGBTQ media world as a journalist, editor, publisher, producer and show host. He spearheaded a fund-raising project with a Swiss watch brand and the Elton John AIDS Foundation, raising over $100,000.

Since 2019 Art has been immersed in the documentation of gay bar history through his GayBarchives project.

In recent years Art has been recognized by Culture Dash and selected as a Pride365 Champion. His work has been featured on PBS networks in Atlanta and San Diego as well as The Advocate, Revry TV, Bay News 9, iHeart media, Watermark and Queer News Tonight.
